Broke down in Santa Fe: I started my trip from Washington State - long way from home. My engine light came on about 60 miles outside Santa Fe - Luckily I made it to my hotel in town and my bike got a lift from (AAA) to your HD Dealer the next morning July 1, 2020. I'm not sure if it was Chris or Devin that we met out back by service (before the store opened) - young man, extremely helpful. Did quick intake on my bike 2012 Dyna Switchback and set it up for a diagnostics. Came back with a bad stator - WHICH they had all the parts on the shelf! They shifted some things around and got my bike in for repair. It was in and out about 5.5 hours! My trip continued on and I made it back home (7106 miles) - my bike ran like a top! A few weeks ago my boyfriend had seen a shirt that he liked, but didn't purchase it. About a week after that i looked for the shirt online and wasn't able to find it. I have not had time to drive to Santa Fe, so i called and spoke with Victoria. I described what the shirt looked liked, where it was located and what size i need and she was able to find the shirt and send me a picture of the shirt to make sure it was the right one. Sure enough it was the right shirt. She shipped the shirt to me. Victoria was very kind and went above and beyond to help me.

We were in your dealership on Thur, May 31 and in need of a way to secure my Ultra in our toy hauler as our straps were not working.Your helpful Parts guys (I apologize I didn't get their names) said they had the fix (wheel chock/stand), gave us an illustration, and assured us they had used it to haul bikes everywhere and it would work for us. In the fall of 2016, I became stranded in a motel in downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico. The front wheel bearing had munched itself out. I could see that some of the ball bearings had actually come out of the race. I was on my way home from a trip. Thanks Santa Fe Harley Davidson for getting me on the road again. Ive been visiting and doing business with Santa Fe Harley Davidson for some time now. I cant say enough about their hospitality and the friendly environment they provide for everyone entering their establishment.
In late winter I needed some mechanical work done to my Big Bear Chopper. After some consultation I decided to take it to Justin Bergom, service technician at SFHD, who had done some work on my Street Glide. I gave him a long list of things needing to be addressed. Justin went beyond what I would have expected. He went through the entire bike and made sure all was in perfect working order. This bike being custom made took a team of SFHD personnel thinking outside the box to bring this task to completion. I want to recognize with much appreciation the whole SFHD team for a job well done. Thank you.

As a new rider but not new to being around Harley's most of my life I have spent a lot of time at many Harley Dealerships. I have never felt so at home with such a great group of people as I have at Santa Fe Harley Davidson. From the front end sales people who are always there with a welcoming smile and advice on new riding gear to the Harley sales people who are always there to give helpful advice on possible upgrades either to my bike or to a new bike (which by the way I am looking forward to within the next year or so) , to the service team who have helped me get my bike up to spec and finally to the management team who always make me feel like part of the family, I have to say that in my book they are the Top of the Line! I have enjoyed meeting new people at the New Rider Social when I first began riding and was actually given a total walk through of each department and how they all run and I even learned how to pick up my bike all by myself if I ever happen to get stuck by myself! The people in the parts department are very knowledgeable and provide me with the information I need to make informed decisions on upgrades and which products to purchase. The service department is great also. The technicians are very skilled and strive to do great work and complete jobs in a timely and efficient manner. Overall, the dealership has really done a great job and keeps me coming back to support them. I had an amazing experience with the buyer's assist program. John the sales manager was amazing and very easy going. I have never dealt with a sales associate that was so focus on listen to the customer finding what they need along with other options the customer may not have thought about it. The associate I am talking about is Greg in parts. Tina is a saving grace if you come in lost she will make sure you are taken care of by the right associate. Greg George is the BEST parts guy and the helpful I found on my 6000 mile journey across the country. My Moto Light broke and Greg took time out and brought me one from home the next day and he brought the tools to do the repair. Free of charge!! I did not find this kind of customer service anywhere else. Other employees around the Country that work for Harley could learn alot from Greg!!

I was looking around on the net for a motorcycle and I found Santa Fe Harley Davidson and I looked at what they had. WOW! Santa Fe Dealership customer service is one of THE BEST! From the moment we arrived in the parking lot, where we were meet by John, who immediately came up to us and asked what he could do for us! We explained our troubles towing two road kings and immediately John went to work to resolve our problem. He recruited another friendly associate, Gil and the two of them went to work on the trailer and removing a bike. The positive, friendly attitude of John and Gil was premier. Murray, also provide some good advice on tire pressure on trailers. Which, John quickly rectified. A lesson we wont soon forget. They made us feel like family helping to get us underway to complete our journey across country. We asked what do we owe them for the service and they said just please write a review of the service you received. We also hung around and purchased some shirts to remember our experience and check out the store. Yes, the people in the store were more than gracious and friendly. I visited Santa Fe Harley about a Month and half ago, thinking about buying my first bike. Joaquin introduced himself and asked what i was looking for. I told him that i would need a bike that would fit someone like me with a short inseam. He pointed me to a Fat Boy Lo. A few weeks later the bike was home and i completed the Riders Edge Course. I would like to Sincerely thank Joaquin, for his dedicaion to making this happen, Also Greg, Polly, Celina, Andrew, Gil, and the rest of the crew for making this one of the best experiences i have had. I just completed the Riders Edge Course, and would like to thank Murrae, and Pete, for the dedication and time they spent with my class, and showing us that riding a bike can be fun and enjoyable. These guys know thier stuff and are in my opinion the best driving instructors i have had the chance to be trained by. It was a blast, and well worth the time. I must admit that in the past,I was disappointed in Santa Fe Harley. I had a 2003 1200 custom Sportster, and it was costing me a fortune for regular maintenance. I tried to sell the bike, but could not make enough profit to benefit me. I was sent a survey about the bike and the dealer, and although honest, I was not too kind. I am here to tell you that things have changed and changed drastically at Santa Fe Harley since the new owners took over. I recently traded the sportster for a Softail. I must tell you it is like the differance between a Corvair and a Cadillac. Now to the best part, the service dept at Santa Fe Harley has soooo much improved, it's like night and day. These folks including Murrae, Efren and Josh and the service guys are fantastic. When I go to Santa Fe Harley now, I am treated like a King. What a great change. I want to thank each and every one at Santa Fe Harley for their great service, sales and financing. What a wonderful experience it is to deal with these folks now. Thanks to all of you. I am absolutely astonished at the difference this dealer has made since the new ownership took over. I bought a bike there two years ago, then traded it in last month. My expectations were not very high because of my previous experience, but I was BLOWN AWAY at the professional treatment I received. These guys are making some magic here. I had Steve(The Santa Fe Harley Detailer) detail my FLHT. What a job he did. I couldn't beleive how well it looked when he was done. All the water spots were gone! It is well worth him to detail your bike if you haven't done so. Also, I had a bolt I couln't get lose, so I brought the bike in. Efrin and Murrae got it lose for me and installed the after market part, no questions asked. Anywhere else it would of been like pulling teeth. Its nice to have a dealer that treats you like your part of the Family. Rob

As long as I live in New Mexico, I will only get my Road King serviced or repaired at your store. When a customer is known by his first name by most of your service people and by some of your counter help - that says a lot about your dealership. I have on many occasions, been discussing with your service department things that I would like to do to my Road King and they have not only been extremely knowledgable and helpful, but have on many occasions given me advice that saved me some money. I recently had my Buell XB9R serviced at your dealership. The service required some routine maintenance and diagnosis/repair of a handling problem involving vibration and head-shake. Service department personnel analyzed all possible causes and worked very closely with me to resolve the handling problems. Service department personnel even went with me on a ride to see the vibration and headshake. Service department personnel ultimately diganosed and repaired the problem while keeping costs reasonable. The bike is now perfect again...it rides like-new! I would like to commend Murrae, Josh, and the other technicians who worked on the bike. Their professional efforts are greatly appreciated. Hi Santa Fe Harley buddies, I just returned from a 3150 mile ride " Out West" made much safer due to your super service and more fun finding things Harley sells I could not get at home. On the way out my rear brakes were very soft , my oil was low, air filter dirty. LARRY took me in and had me cruising in no time. The Ladies up front kept me chatting and buying goodies. On my way back , knowing I would face the scorching temps of the Texas roads, I stopped in to a friendly spot again. JOSH gave me a " waiting " oil change and once again had me out in a jiffy. This past weekend I was out at my Corpus Christi Harley bragging about you guys and your treatment of a stranger. Glad I have a Harley and belong to that family supported by people like you. Hi, just a note to say what a great experience I had at your shop. Recently I emailed the parts department inquiring about a rear tire for my 98 RoadKinga and received a response within a couple of hours. I then called in and made an appointment to have the tire mounted. Both parts and service staff were very helpful and within minutes I had an appointment set up. On Saturday when I brought my bike in, service tended to me immediately. I left my bike there for the day and when I got back, it was ready to go. I had previously scheduled my bike for service at this location, but I had never received the attention I did on Saturday. I had heard that the service had gotten better under the new management and I have to say that I experienced it on Saturday and I must also say that I will not hesitate to bring my bike back for service. Unfortunately I am terrible at remembering names, but my invoice should reflect who assisted me, they should be commended for the attention they give the customer.

A couple of weeks ago I lost the rear axle bearing on a chopper. Not knowing of a good private machine shop i thought my next best bet would be the local Harley shop. It turned out to be the right choice. I want to thank Murray - Iam not sure what his relationship with the dealer ship is but he was able to make this happen. He helped me find a tire and axle parts at a small custom shop and was very good to deal with. He is a hugh asset to you company. Also I would like to thank Mike "from ny" and Scottie "the stunt rider". Both are top of the line mechanics. Both have a great knowledge of mechanics a drive to "get the job done, and done right". I know with out their help I wouldnt have been able to get the bike up and running. Breaking down in the middle of nowhere is never a pleasant experence, however with the help of Murray, Scottie, & Mike(ny) it all turned out good. I'm stationed overseas in Europe in the USAF. I wanted to buy some items from the HD website, but they don't deliver to APO addresses. So I called the Santa Fe HD store because I'm from NM. Well I talked to Drew Finch and told him my problem and he didn't hesitate to help me out. I told him what I was looking for and he was quick to find it. Hey guys...down from Seattle area. Was traveling through the high passes when my brakes in rear completely failed. Master cyl. cracked on my Road King. Santa Fe HD fit me in on an emergency...finding and over-nighting a new master cyl. from Texas all in the same day...helped me find a rental car for the day...got me back on the road the next. I know they are busy, but they were AMAZING. I want to say thanks so very much to Larry in Service...one hard working...gonna make it happen kind a guy. Larry thanks a million for keeping me movin. My rear exhaust nuts vibrated out on my way to Santa Fe on a 2800 mile road trip, sounded & rattled horribly. Once in town, I went to your shop, explained to Larry in service the problem. He told me to pull around back & replaced the missing nuts & repaired the heatshield while I waited. Was even given a tip on a good restaurant while I watied! Very friendly & quick. My better half and i was looking to get down to one motorcycle. Since i could not decide which one to get rid of,my better half said to get rid of them both and buy a new one. So i jumped on the internet and looked at the new modles and decided we needed a screaming eagle softail convertable. I looked up all the dealers in new mexico and el paso. I did not want to spend weeks trying to get the best deal and have to haul both my trade ins to each store to be looked over. Then haggle with dealers for best price. So i called each dealer and explained that i would like to trade in my new 1998 heritage and my 2008 night rod for a new cvo convertable. who ever called me back with the best deal would gat my bussiness. i would not try and work each dealer against each other. Had to give me there best offer once only for my decision. Well to my amazement santa fe harley called me back first and gave me their quote within an hour. the other dealers would not even try to get my bussiness without seeing the trade ins. Rudy was the only sales person to treat me like i was not crazy. I was at your store the next morning and bought the motorcycle of our dreams and enjoyed all the people involved with our purchase. So all those people who say go north for the best price or go to the worlds largest for a good deal i say why go there when the best people and the best deals are made at the santa fe harley store. Andrew with sales was very knowledgable on the bikes and options wanted or needed for them. Cheri has a sparkling personality that makes buying any merch or helmet a fun experience. Jim with parts is very energetic and happy to share his storys and thoughts about motorcycles. Also the Riders edge with Bob doyle and Bill was a fun week and glad they took my jokes as comical as i made them they are cool chill dudes. all in all SFHD is a family that is happy to help anyone to get on a motorcycle and ride they are AWESOME!!!!! on the evening of aug 13 i showed up at your dealeship tierd and sore, being that i was in the hoka hey motorcycle challenge and i also went down on my bike at 9 am that morning. when i got to your shop it was comforting to see your staff of gals in pj's. I am sorry for the delay. But I wanted to tell you how nice it was to have you go over and beyond what I feared would be a huge problem being on a roadtrip with broken handlebars. I bought a 2007 Dyna Wide in Oct 2010 and loved the service i received at SFHD. In 2011 I bought a 2009 Road King from SFHD. I did not buy the warranty and there were some issues with the way the bike started. I have to say, the manner that I was treated and the response given to me was SECOND TO NONE!!!!!!!! I have been riding a long time and dealt with many bike stores BUT i have never been treated as well as i have by SANTA FE HARLEY DAVIDSON. Everyone from the owner down to whoever is at the bottom of the pile there (which quite frankly, you cannot tell by the way they act) as they all appear to take ownership of that store! I would especially like to point out Mickey and Josh for their assisstance as they were the ones i dealt with the most for the repairs BUT everyone at that store has been helpful and courteous in all situations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I recently visited New Mexico and traveled all into northern New Mexico. Being a Harley enthusiast I naturally stop at the dealerships along the way. I was needing a service on the trip and originally had an appointment with Thunderbird HD in Albuquerque. Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience with their service manager Miguel. I left and proceeded to Madrid and off to Santa Fe where I visited your wonderful store. With my service still needing to be done I spoke with John, one of your service advisors. He was extremely pleasant to deal with and a gentleman. He was able to get me in without an appointment and finish what I needed for my Road King. The 5000 mile service was complete within a few hours and I was very impressed with your staffs actions, attitudes and work ethic. I would also like to mention Steven the service tech that worked on my bike. He is an outstanding, polite young man, and a hell of a technician. My bike hasn't ran like this since new. John explained to me everything in detail and I was able to hit the road. Thanks to John and Steven I had an excellent trip to New Mexico, even with some minor issues. My home dealer and other dealers in your area should take from your examples. Thanks guys for all your help, see you next year!
